Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and licensed insurance professional to join our State Farm team in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, a passion for helping clients, and the ability to thrive in a virtual environment. State Farm experience is preferred, but insurance sales experience is required.
We’re seeking a motivated and licensed insurance professional to join our State Farm team in a fully remote role. What You’ll Do
- Engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Respond quickly to new leads to maximize conversions
- Provide quotes for auto, home, life, and health insurance using State Farm tools
- Cross-sell and upsell products to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM software
- Build lasting relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Leverage social media and online networking to generate leads
- Participate in team calls, training sessions, and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Active insurance license with proven sales experience
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms
- State Farm experience preferred
